Support hours

Overview

Revio includes 2 hours of free support per merchant per month. Once you exceed these support hour allocations, support fees will be charged to your processing account.

Support provided	Availability
Standard business hours	Mondays to Fridays 09:00 – 17:00
After Hours	Mondays to Fridays 17:00 – 22:00
Extended Hours	Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00
Emergency Hours	Sundays / Public Holidays

Best-effort support will be provided after hours for merchants that didn't select a non-standard support package.
