Support hours
Overview
Revio includes 2 hours of free support per merchant per month. Once you exceed these support hour allocations, support fees will be charged to your processing account.
Support provided | Availability |

Standard business hours | Mondays to Fridays 09:00 – 17:00 |
After Hours | Mondays to Fridays 17:00 – 22:00 |
Extended Hours | Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00 |
Emergency Hours | Sundays / Public Holidays |
After hours, best effort support will be provided for merchants that didn't select a non-standard support package. Please engage with your Revio account manager to determine the best support package for your business.
